These rules constitute an agreement between advertisers and the Push.House advertising network, establishing the rules and conditions for using the Push.House platform to conduct advertising campaigns in accordance with the legislation of Slovakia. Please read these terms carefully before using the platform.
1. Definitions
1.1 Partner: A person, legal or natural, placing advertising materials through the Push.House platform.
1.2 Push.House (hereinafter Push.House or the Advertising Network): An advertising network providing a platform for placing ads and notifications.
1.3 Platform: The interface of the Push.House advertising network through which advertisers create and manage advertising campaigns. The platform includes access to the interface and functionality of the Push.House Advertising Network at the website address http(s)://push.house/ or via API.
1.4 Advertising materials: Texts, images, and other elements used in advertisements.
2. General Provisions
2.1 Advertisers who have registered on the website http(s)://push.house/ and use the Advertising Network to launch advertising campaigns are considered Push.House partners.
2.2 Accepting these rules is mandatory to join the Push.House advertising network.
2.3 Any applicant may be denied participation in the program by the administration without explanation or indication of a reason.
2.4 The administration of the advertising network has the right to suspend the display of ads or block an account if the partner violates the current rules.
2.5 The administration of the advertising network may modify these rules at any time at its own discretion. Each partner assumes sole responsibility for periodically reviewing the rules.
2.6 The content of these rules includes any other instructions published on the website of the Advertising Network.
2.7 The Administration of the Advertising Network bears no responsibility for consequences related to the hacking of a user account or any changes to the User’s payment data. You are required to restrict third-party access to your account and use any means that assist the Administration in maintaining the exclusivity of your access to the account.
2.8 Any violation of the rules listed in the corresponding section results in an account ‘ban’ along with all funds.
2.9 In case of a received warning about a violation and ignoring said warning — an account ‘ban’.
2.10 Attempting to deceive moderation by changing the pre-landing page and/or the landing page results in an account ‘ban’. This applies to all rules of the advertising network.
2.11 It is prohibited to exchange and/or sell accounts in the Push.House system. Any exchange of an account — sale, transfer, gift — is prohibited.
2.12 Registering more than one account in the system without prior approval from the administration is prohibited. Accounts violating this rule will be blocked for system rule violations. The administration reserves the right to annul the partner’s balance.
3. Terms of Use
3.1 Advertisers agree to comply with the laws and regulations of the countries in which the advertising materials are displayed.
3.2 Advertising materials must be of high quality, relevant, and attractive to the audience.
3.3 The content of the advertising material must be in the language of the respective country where the advertisement will be shown.
3.3 The use of deceptive practices, fraud, or malware in advertising materials is prohibited.
3.4 Advertisers agree to maintain the confidentiality of user data and not use personal data without consent.
3.5 Advertising materials must not contain profanity, insults, or content that violates ethical standards.
3.6 Creating identical advertising campaigns within one country is prohibited.
Campaigns are not considered identical if they differ by at least one of the following: images and title; title and message; images and message (provided the target audience is within one country).
3.7 The use of misleading or false offers in advertisements through our network is prohibited.
It is also prohibited to place ads with offers like “Earn a million for a like,” “Get a gift,” and other similar ones.
3.8 Promoting the following content is prohibited:
Malicious software;
Viruses;
Fraudulent offers;
“Tech support”;
Ads must not include phrases such as:
“Your software is outdated”
“Your device is infected”
“Viruses detected”
Or any similar phrases that may mislead users.
3.9 The use of offensive contact information or email addresses is prohibited in any form. Accounts containing such content will be immediately blocked without a refund.
3.10 Any advertising containing a political bias or anything that may be interpreted as falling under the “Politics” category.
3.11 Insults and profanity directed at technical support may lead to account blocking. A partner will be warned in case of repeated violations of any of the above provisions. If the warning is ignored or corrective measures are not taken to fix violations in advertising materials, the account will be blocked with confiscation of all funds.
3.11 Purchasing traffic for landing pages connected with monetization through Push-subscriptions is strictly prohibited. Accounts violating this rule will be blocked without the possibility of refund.
4. Prohibited Materials
4.1 Web Push
Images and text materials used in the advertising campaign must fully correspond to the advertised content and reality.
Illegal or prohibited materials under the rules of the Push.House advertising network must not be present in advertisement content. The following items fall under the category of prohibited materials:
4.1.1 Advertising materials that use shock and/or intimidation tactics.
4.1.2 Advertising of resources containing pornographic content or content falling under “Erotica” is permitted. In such cases, the “18+” type must be selected when creating the campaign.
4.1.3 Advertising materials containing elements and/or propaganda of violence, harassment toward an individual or group, or encouraging persecution or intimidation.
4.1.4 Advertising materials promoting hostility, hatred, or containing discriminatory or dismissive attitudes toward individuals or groups based on race, nationality, religion, gender, or marital status.
4.1.5 Advertising materials containing description and/or promotion of narcotic drug use or anything related to this topic.
4.1.6 Advertising materials related to advertising or selling ammunition and/or weapons, such as combat knives, firearms and their components, explosive devices and/or explosives and their components.
4.1.7 Advertising materials using official logos, brands, celebrities, or politicians.
4.2 In-Page Push
All images and text materials used in the advertising campaign must fully correspond to the advertised content and reality.
Illegal or prohibited materials under the rules of the Push.House advertising network must not be present in the advertisement. The following items fall under the category of prohibited materials:
4.2.1 Advertising materials that use shock and/or intimidation tactics.
4.2.2 Advertising of resources containing pornographic content or content under “Erotica” is permitted. In this case, the “18+” type must be selected.
4.2.3 Advertising materials containing elements and/or propaganda of violence, harassment of an individual or group, or encouraging persecution or intimidation.
4.2.4 Advertising materials promoting hostility, hatred, or containing discriminatory or dismissive attitudes toward individuals or groups based on race, nationality, religion, gender, or marital status.
4.2.5 Advertising materials containing description and/or promotion of narcotic drug use or anything related to this topic.
4.2.6 Advertising materials related to advertising or selling ammunition and/or weapons, such as combat knives, firearms and their components, explosive devices and/or explosives and their components.
4.2.7 Advertising materials using official logos, brands, celebrities, or politicians.
4.3 On-Click (PopUnder)
4.3.1 Advertising resources that violate local laws is strictly prohibited. If such resources are detected, the advertiser’s account will be immediately blocked, including all funds on it. Refund requests in such cases will not be considered.
4.3.2 Advertising of resources containing pornographic content or content under “Erotica” is permitted. In such cases, the “18+” type must be selected.
4.3.3 It is prohibited to direct traffic to:
• Files directly, including midlets, Android applications, and other downloadable file formats.
• Updates of free software available on official websites, such as browsers and media players.
• Resources interfering with normal internet use, such as blocking the ability to close the page, multiple redirects, the use of backunder, and similar methods.
• Resources blocked by browsers and antivirus programs.
5. Finances
5.1 To join the advertising network, the User must make a 100% prepayment for the services provided. The rules specify a minimum payment amount of $50.
5.2 Each advertiser may use the following payment systems: webmoney, capitalist, bitcoin, etc. The balance is replenished upon a submitted request.
6. Push.House Refund Policy
6.1 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Push.House support, stating the reasons for requesting a refund.
6.2 Our support service carefully reviews each refund request within 14 days, conducting a detailed examination of each case.
6.3 If the withdrawal of funds is approved, Push.House deducts a 20% commission from the total withdrawal amount.
6.4 Refunds are possible only to the same card/wallet used to top up the Push.House account.
6.5 Refunds apply only to unused funds remaining on the advertiser’s account balance. The minimum refund amount is 50 USD.
6.6 Push.House reserves the right to make the final decision regarding a refund, considering the user’s usage history and evaluating each case individually. The decision of Push.House is final.
6.7 Refunds do not apply to bonus funds.
6.8 Refunds are not provided in cases where the advertiser violates the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement or other conditions agreed upon between the parties.
7. Liability
7.1 Push.House is not responsible for the results of advertising campaigns or the effectiveness of advertising materials.
7.2 Push.House reserves the right to suspend or terminate cooperation with advertisers who violate the platform’s rules.
7.3 Under the terms of cooperation, you agree that the Administration of the Advertising Network does not provide guarantees regarding the display of any advertisements, their timing, or the amount of payments according to these Rules.
7.4 The Administration does not guarantee the operation of the Advertising Network at all times, including during downtime caused by:
Data transmission issues in segments of the Internet;
Equipment failures on the part of the User, the advertising network, or third parties involved;
Scheduled maintenance work;
Circumstances beyond the control of the network administration.
7.5 The Administration of the Advertising Network provides no guarantees regarding advertisements and links published by the advertising network. Additionally, the Administration does not guarantee the quality of websites or products mentioned in or contained within advertising materials. The Advertising Network is not responsible for the appearance of such advertisements on the User’s websites.
By using the Push.House platform, the advertiser confirms their agreement with the terms of this Offer.
